Entry Level Laborer
Position Details: We are looking for self-motivated, friendly, and skilled individuals to repair screen windows, doors, and porches onsite. There is a high potential that you could lead a screen porch team after 2 years of experience. Our company strongly believes in providing raises and advancement based on skill and initiative, and with overtime opportunities, the earning potential is substantial.
Candidates with previous experience in screen repair and fabrication, other metal fabrication or welding, window washing, storm door installation, carpentry, outdoor exteriors experience like landscape, gutters, roofing, siding, window installation or door installation are preferred, however we can train anyone who is determined and willing to learn these skill sets. There are open positions for part time or full-time repair techs. We employ year-round.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with Repair, Installation and Custom Building of Screen Windows, Screen Doors, Screen Porches and Screen Enclosures

Providing excellent customer service and ensuring 100% satisfaction

Utilizing problem solving skills to solve on the job challenges

Operating company owned vehicles and using company tools and equipment
Working Conditions:

Ability and enthusiasm to work outdoors is essential

Unassisted lifting of 50 lbs. or less

Traveling in company vehicles daily
Required Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
-
Excellent customer service skills and experience
-
Valid and current Driver’s License
-
2+ years of driving experience
-
Driving record with minimal offenses
Desired Qualifications:
-
Experience repairing window/door screens
-
Porch/Deck repair and or building experience
-
3+ years working in customer service environment
Benefits: Eligibility for 401k Retirement Plan after 1 year of service, Overtime Available, Friendly Family-Owned Atmosphere
Hours: Monday-Friday 6am-4pm
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18-$25/hour
