Chad Berg repaired screens at a local hardware store for over 5 years while attending high school and college. Each year there was an over abundance of screens that customers had to haul into the store, leave for three weeks, and then return to bring home to install themselves. Chris and Chad saw this as a perfect opportunity to create a better customer experience by servicing needs on-sight and in a timely fashion.

With Chris Berg supplying the capital and the business know-how and Chad Berg's screen repair experience, the brothers partnered and started Berg's Mobile Screen Repair in 2005.

Their mission, provide hassle free and superior service that surpasses the expectations of their customers in both price and quality. Chis and Chad Berg's quality standards were instilled at a young age by their father who taught them to not cut any corners and do things right the first time.

White conducting the mobile screen service out of Chad's 1997 Chevy S-10; the first year's success was measured by the ability to gain consecutive business through flyers and friendly neighbors who told friends and family.

For 4 years Berg's Mobile Screen Repair grew consecutively; operating in 2009 with 3 vehicles, 6 employees and providing over 1,000 customers with quality on site screen repair.

In 2010 Chris and Chad Berg re-branded themselves as Screen Medic, Inc and currently operate with 4 service vehicles and 6 employees. The name has changed, but the business is still owned and operated by Chris and Chad Berg who have the same Mission and Vision as when they first started.
